Head of Sales

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Sales to complement our team and take our sale strategies to a completely new level.

What You Need to Do:

  • Identify & develop business opportunities to ensure sales growth
  • Establish strategic partnerships with clients for long term cooperation
  • Make sure our current and future customers love us
  • Build sales strategy and control its execution
  • On-boarding, training and constant development of sales team
  • Set KPIs and revenue goals for your sales team
  • Motivate the team to do their best


  • Experience in effective management of a team of 4+ people
  • Experience with selling outstaffing or outsourcing services is a must
  • Knowledge of business strategy development and sale optimization techniques
  • Excellent sales and communication skills
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
  • Leadership skills, high motivation and the ability to pass it onto your team members
  • Awesome English level is a must (both written and spoken)
