HR Brand Manager

A rapidly developing IT company is looking for a passionate and talented HR Brand Manager to join our ranks and help us create and support a compelling brand image to drive in more skilled employees.

Requirements

  • Higher education (degrees in PR, advertising, marketing, and journalism are preferred)
  • Experience in event planning and SMM
  • Understanding major goals of PR companies, and the role of HRs in creating the company brand
  • Ability to create feasible ideas and implement them
  • Experience in creating texts of various genres, including those written in English
  • Experience with graphic design tools and video editing software would be a plus
  • High communicative skills, creativity, ability to engage with texts and ideas
  • Impeccable written and spoken Russian language
  • English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher

Duties

  • You will be fully responsible for the internal and external HR brand of our company
  • Increasing our company’s brand recognition, promoting us as an appealing employer, managing the company’s reputation
  • Communicating with the HR team to form and implement the company’s corporate culture
  • Creating a content plan (including the visuals and the creative concept), produce content for job searching websites and social media services
  • Writing and editing texts of various genres created for various audiences
  • Searching for new opportunities to attract prospective candidates, and implementing PR campaigns
  • Organizing external activities to promote our HR-brand (conferences, meetups, job fairs, coordinating work with universities and student organizations). Development, budgeting, implementation, effectiveness evaluation, reporting
  • Polishing the company’s website (the «HR-page»)
  • Organizing internal corporate events for the whole company, as well as separate departments (the Company’s day, the New Year celebration, as well as other public holiday events, field conferences, and picnics)
  • Analyzing internal and external communication channels
  • Interacting with the employees and engaging them in the branding events
