QA Tech Lead

JatApp is an IT product company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide. .

We are looking for an experienced QA Tech Lead to play a key role in implementing a zero-bug strategy, automated testing for stable products, and developing agile processes for MVPs and newly developed products from a QA perspective.

This position also involves mentoring QA Engineers and ensuring that all product units meet quality standards.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Controlling existing processes and setting up new ones, including testing strategies and quality control standards, ensuring a minimum number of errors
• Mentoring QA Engineers and monitoring their performance to meet company quality goals and best practices
• Collaboration with development teams to integrate QA processes into the SDLC
• Close collaboration with Operation and Technical Leads to implement zero-bug policy and other changes
• Implementation of automated testing in mobile product development processes
• Implementation of new practices, tools and methods for continuous improvement of quality control processes
• Development of tools and dashboards to monitor, measurement  and continuous improvement quality across teams
• Coordinating with product units to ensure efficient testing cycles and timely delivery of products
• Management of quality-related risks, in the early stages of the development process and their adjustment

• Experience in the position of QA Lead and experience in working with mobile products
• Hands-on experience developing and implementing quality control strategies and processes for both stable products and MVPs
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, Appium, TestNG) for web and mobile platforms
• Strong understanding of Agile workflows and QA integration into CI/CD pipelines
• Deep understanding of quality control, risk management and product lifecycle management
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met at all stages of development
• Strong leadership and communication skills, experience mentoring QA engineers
