The client is a family-owned mass-producer and distributor of games and toys from the Netherlands. Having offices in a number of EU countries the company exports its products to almost 60 countries around the world.

Challenge

Our client has a broad network of distribution offices across the world, and their retail customers in one of the most profitable regions had to place orders either by email or phone due to the lack of a B2B Webshop. Having a tight deadline, budget constraints and lack of in-house technical expertise our client turned to JatApp for a solution.

JatApp's Strategy

In order to meet the tight deadline, JatApp team decided to move forward by utilising an open-source e-commerce solution - Opencart. We created an appealing and user-friendly design using a predefined theme and delivered the e-commerce platform itself, as well as a convenient web-based admin panel where all orders could be managed. Our development team used Scrum methodology which best suited our client’s management style.
