Our client is a globally recognized manufacturer and distributor of children’s and family games, sports and RC toys worldwide.
Challenge
The company had no system to manage projects and tasks. As a result, stakeholders, project managers, employees, and suppliers had limited visibility into project statuses and couldn’t fully synchronize their business operations. They needed a central system to store current information on the projects with the option to easily find and update the required data.

JatApp's Strategy
JatApp put together a team of VueJS frontend developer, PHP backend developer, QA and DevOps Engineers working under a dedicated Project Manager using Scrum methodology. They developed a complex project management system to make the production process run smoothly from project conception through to delivery to the end user.
The system includes a few modules:
Project Overview Module with a display of the current status of all manufactured products and distribution processes

Project Modules to manage information about the project, team members, work phases, milestones, completed/upcoming tasks, and deadlines within the specific project;

Time Registration Module to track employee work time

Name Selection Module to
generate names for the products

Vendor’s Portal to track
and manage all vendor's projects

Our client received a cost-effective solution that solved his business objectives and increased productivity. The system synchronizes work between all project team members, simplifies management of production processes, tracks vendor activities and automatically adjusts deadlines in case of delivery delays. In the same time, all stakeholders are fully informed about the status of each project. Our Support team continues to work on this project.
