We are looking for a Middle HR Partner to join our team and help develop a strong HR function that supports businesses, managers and teams at all stages of their development. In this role, you will build effective HR processes, work with risks and engagement, support leaders in people management, and strengthen the culture of productivity and development in the company.

In this role, you will be involved in:

🔹 Work with Performance Management
• Optimizing and implementation an effective Performance Management process
• Analyzing the results of Performance Review, proposing improvements and adjust the process
• Implementation a continuous feedback culture
• Assisting managers in working with PDP (Personal Development Plan) and monitor its implementation

🔹 Development of the L&D Function and Learning Culture
• Designing and implementation the L&D structure, integrating it into business processes
• Analyzing learning needs and development of strategic development programs through training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs
• Encouraging colleagues to participate in external conferences, webinars, workshops, and other learning events for knowledge sharing
• Coordinatation internal and external educational initiatives in collaboration with the Employer Branding team

🔹 Consulting managers on People Management
• Providing recommendations on employee motivation, productivity, and adaptation
• Assisting in resolving complex cases, including conflict situations
• Support managers in internal rotations and team career development
• Maintain an Employee Risk Register and use HR analytics for decision-making

🔹 Work with corporate culture
• Forming and maintain corporate culture through business processes
• Assisting in implementing company values in HR processes and managerial communication
• Analyzing the level of culture in teams and propose initiatives to strengthen it

What is important for this role:

• 2+ years of experience in HR
• Experience with Performance Management, including PDP and Performance Review
• Ability to advise managers on team management, motivation and productivity
• Practical experience in working with corporate culture and its integration into HR processes
