Business development Manager (PSP)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for finding, connecting, and integrating online payment systems in international markets (Europe, USA). Your decisions will ensure stable payment processing and a convenient payment experience for our users around the world every day.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Searching, selecting, and connecting new payment providers and orchestrators across international markets (Europe, USA)

• Negotiating, signing agreements, and establishing favorable terms of cooperation for the company

• Coordinating the full PSP onboarding cycle: from initial contact to the launch

• Establishing and controlling KYC/KYB processes

• Analyzing the market and competitors, proposing new solutions and optimizations

• Maintaining and developing partnerships for long-term cooperation

What you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in Business Development (PSP Management) or Sales in fintech, payments, or e-commerce

• Experience in searching, selecting, and connecting new payment providers and orchestrators

• Knowledge of payment methods, processing, and integration models (API, hosted payment page)

• Experience with KYC/KYB processes: coordinating checks, preparing documents, interacting with providers

• Confident negotiation skills in English (Upper-Intermediate+)
