Creative Marketing Producer

We are an IT company JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. And even more to come!

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Producer who can turn ideas into results.

You will be the first person to launch a new wellness e-commerce direction in Tier-1 markets. This role focuses on in-depth research, systematic testing, and building creative processes from scratch.

You will work at the stage from MVP to scale, where creative = the key tool for validating product hypotheses.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Building a creative factory: organizing a systematic process for generating and testing creative concepts

• Developing creative hypotheses for Meta Ads and TikTok with a focus on engagement and conversions

• Analysis & insights: researching competitors and trends in the wellness sector

• Preparing briefs for designers and UGC creators, and ensuring quality execution

• Testing & optimization: evaluating iteration results and scaling successful solutions

• Cross-functional collaboration: aligning priorities and rapid iterations with Product Manager and UAM teams

• Monitoring trends in performance marketing and wellness, and implementing new creative approaches

• Organizing and moderating brainstorms to maintain continuous idea generation

What you’ll need: 

• 2+ years of experience as a Creative Producer / Creative Strategist / Performance Creative

• Deep understanding of performance marketing

• Experience launching creatives on Meta Ads in Tier-1 markets

• Experience working with e-commerce / DTC products.

• Experience building or managing a creative production system

Will be a plus:

• Experience with TikTok Ads

• Understanding of compliance and claims restrictions

• Experience working with UGC creators and influencer sourcing

• Experience with TikTok Shop
