Customer Support Agent
JatApp is a product-focused IT company creating mass-market, useful, and high-tech products that are used daily by millions of users worldwide.
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to support our products in the EdTech and Business niches. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands user needs and wants to contribute to support process development, Knowledge Base creation, and identifying ways to enhance product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle user inquiries in Zendesk (Chat, email)
• Monitor and respond to reviews on the App Store
• Collaborate with the support team to create Knowledge Base materials
• Participate in setting up support processes together with the team
Required Skills and Experience:
• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role
• Upper-Intermediate+ level of English or higher, with excellent written English
• At least 6 months of experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, etc.)
• Ability to handle up to 100 cases per day (50-60 on average) without losing focus and maintaining communication quality
• Experience working with KPIs
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with mobile applications using a subscription or transaction model
