Delivery Manager

We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. And even more to come!

We are looking for a Delivery Manager who will help standardize processes between teams, streamline communication with other departments, and ensure transparency through delivery metrics.

Key responsibilities:

• Standardizing processes across teams:identifying and implementing best practices, creating unified approaches and templates

• Optimizing collaboration with other departments:establishing and implementing clear communication processes

• Maintaining process documentation and templates:keeping them updated, developing, and distributing

• Working with delivery metrics and ensuring process measurability, including maintaining system metrics and improving tools for data collection and analysis

• Monitoring efficiency:regularly analyzing team productivity and predictability, preparing reports and recommendations

• Identifying systemic issues:detecting root causes in processes, workload, or communication, and initiating improvements

• Supporting PMs:mentoring in process management, guiding adoption of new tools, and helping teams adapt to changes

• Supporting Tech Leads: assisting in implementing processes and standards

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining cross-team processes

• Strong knowledge of Jira (administration, workflow setup, dashboards, integrations)

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with delivery metrics

• Solid understanding of SDLC and all its phases

• Strong knowledge of Agile practices and ability to adapt them to product/team needs
