Education and Events Specialist

We are looking for an Education and Events Specialist who will strengthen the employer's external brand through the company's high-quality presence at industry events, conferences, and in ratings. Also, if you know how to create online and offline educational events from scratch (from idea and strategy to contractor coordination, budget, and teamwork), then it's time to meet each other!
Your responsibilities will be:
Development of a strategy for external events (hiring events, training events, etc.)
Searching for opportunities to launch events, both own and partner events
Organization of external events (from idea to implementation), including the search for locations, speakers, and technical support
Coordination of contractors (merchandise, printing, stands, photo/video)
Interaction with educational platforms, schools, conferences for joint activities
Participation in hiring events together with recruiters and teams
Motivating internal colleagues to participate in external events as speakers/brand representatives
Creating a motivation/recognition system for internal ambassadors
Coordination and participation of the company in ratings and awards
What you’ll need:
Experience in organizing online/offline events — full cycle: planning, promo, contractors, budget, implementation, performance evaluation
Ability to work with platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, streaming platforms)
Skills in copywriting, writing texts, promotional campaigns, affiliate letters, etc.
Analytical skills — collecting and analyzing data on events and campaigns, evaluating effectiveness through metrics (reach, hires, satisfaction), strategic planning
Budgeting — preparation, control and optimization of activity costs; control and allocation of time
Experience of working with an internal Design team — briefing, format approval
