Head of Affiliate

We are an IT company JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. And even more to come!

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Affiliate to build, grow, and scale the affiliate program for our VPN product.

• 15 million WAU and 225 million total users
• Cross-platform product: iOS, Android, Web, Windows, Mac

• VPN is a rapidly growing, high-demand market, especially in regions with internet restrictions

• Building, growing, and scaling the affiliate program from the ground up
• Formation and management a portfolio of key partners
• Negotiation and closing deals with top partners (CPA, RevShare, CPI, CPT, EPC, hybrid models)
• Analyzing performance metrics: funnels, LTV, ROI by partner
• Building dashboards and automate routine processes

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (B2C, SaaS, or subscription-based products)
• Proven track record in successful negotiations with major partners
• Strong network in the affiliate industry
• Experience participating in industry-specific conferences
• Negotiation & Sales mindset — ability to pitch and “sell” the product to affiliates
• Structured, systematic thinking and high attention to detail
• High level of responsibility and autonomy
• Strategic thinking and solid understanding of unit economics
• Proactivity, initiative, and adaptability to change 

• Experience in VPN or cybersecurity (e.g., antivirus products)
• Analytical skills (basic SQL, Google Sheets, Amplitude, or GA)
