We are looking for an HR Partner who will become a strategic partner for the business, help build effective HR processes, and drive team development and company culture. The main mission is to create an HR function that not only supports but also inspires, fostering company growth through efficient processes and a culture of transparency.

In this role, you will have the freedom to work independently, the opportunity to experiment with new ideas, and the flexibility to execute tasks. We are a team that values initiative and is ready to support the boldest proposals to create the best employee experience.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Development and Improvement of the Employee Lifecycle: Ensure support and optimization of processes from onboarding and adaptation to conducting Performance Reviews, 1:1 meetings, talent retention, and offboarding—create processes that promote a comfortable and positive employee experience

  • Onboarding Automation: Implementation modern tools and HRM systems to ensure fast and effective adaptation for new employees

  • Risk Management in Collaboration with Managers: Analyze risks, development strategies to address them, and ensuring team stability

  • Manager Support: Providing consultations on People Management, promotion of motivation, assistance with new employee adaptation, and support managerial decision-making

  • Conflict Resolution: Fostering a harmonious team atmosphere by ensuring effective communication to overcome challenges

  • Initiative Organization: Creation training programs and informal events to strengthen team spirit and support development

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Partner

  • Experience working in remote-first companies

  • Expertise in onboarding automation to ensure an efficient start for new employees

  • Practical HR analytics skills: data collection and analysis, hypothesis formulation, and dashboard creation

  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational efficiency

  • Experience with HRM systems to optimize HR processes

  • Administration of compensation and benefits programs, development of HR policies, and analysis of market competitiveness

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
