Junior Content Partnership Manager

We are looking for a Junior Content Partnership Manager for our product — a marketplace in the Books niche. This is a platform that unites talented writers from all over the world with true book lovers. Our mission is to popularize the habit of reading with the help of modern technologies, when your favorite book is always a few clicks away.

Key responsibilities:

• Search and attraction new authors

• Negotiation and conclusion contracts

• Adaptation authors and management relationships (maintaining contact with authors after signing a contract, resolving issues, building long-term loyalty)

• Market and content analysis to identify relevant niches, topics and effective strategies for attracting authors

• Maintaining CRM system

• Close cooperation with Head of Content, product team and freelancers to improve the efficiency of processes in the team

What you’ll need:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar position

• Experience in negotiation (account management, B2B sales, support / sales management or similar experience)

• Ability to find and analyze information about authors, trends, content topics

• Written and spoken English at least Upper-Intermediate level

• Attention to details and deadlines, proactivity and sociability
