Junior Content Production Manager

We're looking for a Junior Content Production Manager for our FictionMe product.

FictionMe is a team that unites those who dream of taking romance novels to the next level by creating a Netflix-like platform. We are developing a marketplace where young authors get a chance to grow into professionals, and readers enjoy emotionally engaging content that stays in their hearts for a long time.

In the last three years, we have managed to:

• create a powerful product for the US market;

• launch iOS, Android and web versions of the product;

• start developing new formats, including video novels, to give stories a new life.

We are growing and looking for like-minded people who want to shape a new era of storytelling with us.

Interested in romantic literature, enjoy proofreading texts, and can spot even the smallest inconsistencies? In this position, you will be able to work with AI tools, prepare books for publication, create covers using Midjourney, and help select texts for promotions. This is an opportunity to enter an IT product without a technical education and grow in a strong team.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Identifying plot and stylistic inconsistencies, interacting with authors to eliminate them

• Collecting requirements for book covers and creating promos for generation through Midjourney

• Uploading ready-made content to CMS, working with CRM, AI tools, Google documents

Content audit: selecting books for promotions according to marketing requests, analyzing the popularity of tropes, working with analytics

What you’ll need:

• Advanced (C1) level of English

• Experience in proofreading texts: punctuation, grammar, style

• Basic knowledge of the structure of fiction texts: plot, character development, POV change

• Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, Grammarly

• Knowledge of AI tools for editing or generating texts/images
