We are looking for a Junior Creative Marketing Specialists for various areas:
📱Utilities — digital utilities for everyday comfort
🌐Web products within our R&D studio
📖FictionMe — a marketplace of modern romantic novels that unites talented writers with true book lovers
📈Grows — a direction for creating new mobile products that help users solve everyday tasks quickly, conveniently, and technologically
And you can become a creative marketer in one of these areas if:

• Ideas come up in the street, on a run, in the supermarket — wherever there is life
Because you are not just a marketer. You are an architect of emotions, an engineer of senses, a designer of behavior. And we are looking for you to build not campaigns together, but stories that live in heads!
Key responsibilities:
• Creative development: creating ideas for video and static advertising materials, testing hypotheses, preparing Test Task for designers (motion and graphic)
• Advertising campaign management: launching in Facebook Ads, analyzing results, optimizing and scaling successful creatives
• Market analysis: studying competitors, searching for trends and new ideas for creative solutions
• Team coordination: setting tasks, controlling deadlines, supporting creative marketers and designers in their work
• Business collaboration: close contact with performance marketers, analysts and product managers to achieve goals
• Strategy control: ensuring brand creatives are in line, selecting concepts for testing
• Creative process: generating ideas, making edits, organizing rapid testing together with the team
• 6+ months of experience in marketing
• Practical skills in creating creatives for paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, Google)
• Ability to clearly set goals and understand the full cycle of video production - from script writing to editing, graphics and sound, as well as working with static materials
• Knowledge of the basics of Digital and Performance Marketing - how advertising works and what brings results
• Basic analytical skills combined with a creative approach
• Ability to dig deeper: research the market, monitor competitors, find trends and turn them into ideas
• English at B2 level
