Junior Graphic Designer

Do you want to grow in the field of advertising design and work with marketing creatives that impact conversion?
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to create effective ad visuals for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. If you enjoy working with ads and creating vibrant, eye-catching creatives – this position is for you!

You’ll be part of the Marketing Creative Team and work alongside Ruslana Polonska. Your main task will be developing static advertising creatives for various products in niches such as Health & Fitness, Scanner, Cleaner, Call Recorder, and VPN. If you enjoy working with ads, experimenting with visual styles, and creating attention-grabbing content, we’d love to have you in the team!

Your responsibilities will be:

• Development of static images for product promotion across various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Collaboration with the marketing team to create visual solutions that capture the audience's attention
• Adaptation of existing creatives to different formats and platforms
• Updating working advertising materials and creating new variations based on successful creatives
• Monitoring current trends in marketing design and applying them in your work
• Working with visual libraries and templates to optimize the creative process

What you’ll need:

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role
• Confident proficiency in Figma
• Understanding of composition, typography, and color theory
• Basic knowledge of marketing design — ability to create visual content that effectively conveys the marketing message to the target audience
• Creative thinking and the ability to work with references and trends
• Experience with AI tools for generating static images
