Junior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Legal Counsel to expand our Legal Department. This role is for someone curious about IT products, eager to grow long-term and ready to immerse into diverse legal tasks. 

Your responsibilities will be: 

• Legal contract support: review, draft, negotiate with counterparties

• External communication: responses to legal inquiries and procedural support

• Risk assessment and mitigation

• Legal support for internal teams (HR, Finance, Products)

• Legislative monitoring and preparation of internal legal guidelines

• Cooperation with finance and HR departments on documentation and templates

What you'll need:

• 2+ years of relevant experience (in-house or consulting for digital businesses)

• Strong understanding of contracts (UA/EN), IP, compliance, data protection

• Upper-Intermediate English (both written and spoken)

• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset

• Business-oriented thinking, ethical approach, and team-player attitude

• Nice to have: experience with GDPR/CCPA, basic knowledge of international law, adaptability
