Junior Motion Designer

We are looking for a Junior Motion Designerin two areas and  you can choose what is more interesting for you to work with: 

📖FictionMe — a marketplace for modern romance novels that connects talented writers with true book lovers
📱Utilities — digital utilities for everyday comfort

The main focus of this role is creating creative commercials to promote products. The results of your work are videos that will be seen by millions of users around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating advertising videos based on the brief from the creative marketer

• Developing layouts, graphic elements, and animating them

• Designing visual effects and animations for product teams

• Collaborating with the marketing department

• Adapting videos for various channels. Localizing videos for other regions

• Participating in competitor research and team brainstorming sessions

• Proposing new ideas and approaches to video creation, discovering and applying new knowledge

• Optimizing workflow processes

What you’ll need:

• Motion design experience — 6 months+ of working with animated videos, reels or advertising creatives

• Advanced Adobe After Effects proficiency

• AI tools — basic understanding and willingness to delve deeper: Runway, Leonardo, ElevenLabs, Sora, etc.

• Experience in creating Music + voiceover (creation with AI tools) or Sound design

• Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma skills

• Creativity — you can come up with ideas that stick and adapt them to different platforms

• Self-organization — you won’t get lost without micromanagement and you can meet deadlines
