Junior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer for our products in the Utilities niche. Our applications help users automate and optimize their processes in work, study, and personal life.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Functional testing of iOS mobile applications, including subscription verification and A/B testing

• Payment flow and analytics testing

• Writing test documentation (Testomatio, Confluence)

• Participating in backlog refinements, sprint planning, standups and retrospectives

• Collaborating with the team (developers, product managers, designers, testers) to ensure proper feature implementation

• Collaborating with the mentor and Tech Lead to ensure testing quality, implement planned testing practices, and grow professionally

What you’ll need:

• Experience in testing mobile applications (iOS) from 6 months

• Experience in writing test scripts for negative cases

• Basic knowledge of ProxyMan/Charles (or similar tools)

• Experience working with the backend and understanding of client-server architecture (REST API)

• Understanding SDLC and basic definition of Agile/Scrum

• Working with Test Management Tools

• Understanding of testing payment systems and subscriptions

• Strong communication skills: you can openly communicate about blockers, risks and problems; you put yourself in the user's shoes and are not afraid to ask important questions

• Ability to notice small but important bugs and non-conformities to requirements

• Self-organization and focus on the main thing: the ability to distinguish critical blockers from secondary tasks and competently plan time for testing

• English from level B1 (Intermediate)

Will be a plus:

• Experience with testing payment systems and subscriptions

• Experience with testing web applications

• Experience with A/B testing

• Ability to analyze logs and have an understanding of Debug panel

• Experience with Claude AI ecosystem or other AI providers
