Our portfolio already includes 20+ diverse products exclusively in white-label niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, Education, and we are actively expanding into e-commerce and web. And there's even more to come!
We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer for our project in the Utilities niche. Our applications help users to automate and optimize their processes during work, studying or in private life.
Why it’s interesting?
Variety & Hardware: You won’t just be testing pixels; you’ll be testing the software's interaction with physical devices (printers, TVs, etc.).
Strong Mentorship Culture: You will work under the guidance of an experienced mentor who will help you navigate all processes "from A to Z" throughout your entire probation period.
Product-Driven Approach: You don't just "click" through tasks; you understand the business logic through A/B tests and direct communication with PMs.
No Blame Culture: We don't look for someone to blame; we look for solutions. Our team values initiative, and it’s never scary to ask questions.
Your responsibilities will be:
Functional testing of mobile applications on iOS/Android, including subscription and A/B test validation.
Creating and maintaining test documentation (TestRail, Confluence).
Participating in backlog refinements, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure the correct implementation of features.
Working closely with the Unit QA Coordinator to ensure testing quality, implement best practices, and grow professionally.
What you’ll need:
Mobile Background: Commercial experience in mobile application testing.
iOS Priority: Understanding of iOS platform specifics and experience with iOS devices.
Tool Proficiency: Basic skills with ProxyMan / Charles.
Technical Foundation: Understanding of client-server architecture and experience working with the backend.
Documentation: Experience with Test Management Tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.).
English: B1 level (ability to freely read and write technical documentation).
Your Soft Skills:
Curiosity: You are genuinely interested in how things work "under the hood."
Communication: You can clearly explain a bug so a developer understands you and you aren't afraid to double-check if something is unclear.
Accountability: You don’t "pass the ball" to others; you take ownership and see tasks through to completion.
Will be a plus:
Experience in testing Web applications.
Writing test scenarios for negative cases.
Experience with A/B testing validation.
Log analysis skills.
Experience with Android Studio or Xcode.
Recruitment Process:
Recruiter Interview (30-45 min) — Technical Interview (60-90 min) — Final Interview (60 min) — Reference Check — Offer.
