You will work closely with analysts, product managers, and designers to create an efficient and scalable A/B testing system.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Conducting a comprehensive audit of existing A/B testing launch, analysis, and documentation processes across all company products

• Proposing and implementing automation for A/B test launching, monitoring, and analysis

• Driving and standardizing company growth processes through a unified UX pattern library, an aligned prioritization framework, and regular reporting to increase speed, quality, and transparency of A/B experiments

What you’ll need:

• Experience with A/B testing for 3 years

• Experience with Amplitude, Firebase, and Tableau

• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Automation experience
