Visualizing hypotheses together with ASO specialists (CTA, messaging, screenshot structure)
Adapting designs for different countries, considering cultural and visual differences
Following design guidelines, styles, and templates for each product
Analyzing A/B test results and performance metrics, and improving designs based on data and feedback
Working with the ASO team on experiments and creative iterations
What you’ll need:
Strong experience with Figma (components, auto layout, styles, variants)
Experience creating marketing creatives (screenshots, banners, icons, advertising materials)
Understanding of visual hierarchy, CTA, and readability principles
Ability to work with mockups (device frames, UI inserts)
Basic understanding of ASO / performance design and how design impacts CVR and installs
Experience working with localization and adapting designs for different languages
Ability to work with briefs from ASO/Product teams
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with feedback
Flexibility, multitasking, and strong visual literacy
Will be a plus:
Understanding of basic A/B testing principles (hypothesis → variants → results)
Experience with AI tools for generating or improving visuals (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, etc.)
