Imagine if your job was to watch spicy, dramatic, addictive video novels — and turn their juiciest moments into ads that make people stop, gasp, and click.
We’re building a new kind of storytelling experience — short-form video novels packed with emotion, suspense, and cliffhangers. And we’re looking for Middle Creative Marketing Specialist who can turn that energy into scroll-stopping, high-performing creatives.What you’ll do:
Your responsibilities will be:
• Creative development: Watch episodes, identify strong narrative hooks, and turn them into short-form ad concepts (video & static)
• Briefing and collaboration: Prepare clear creative briefs and work closely with motion and graphic designers to bring ideas to life
• Campaign execution: Launch and manage ad campaigns (primarily on Meta), test hypotheses, and optimize based on performance
• Performance analysis: Track KPIs like CTR, CPA, and view-through rates to evaluate creative effectiveness and scale winning concepts
• Trend scouting: Research competitors, spot creative trends, and suggest new angles and approaches
• Iterative production: Participate in brainstorming, give feedback, and help run fast-paced creative tests
What you’ll need:
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing
• Experience creating advertising creatives for paid campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, Google)
• Ability to clearly articulate tasks and a solid understanding of all stages of video ad production—from scripting to editing, color correction, graphics, and sound.
• Experience with static creatives
• Strong analytical skills mixed with creative thinking
• Research skills: Ability to analyze markets and competitors, generate data-driven ideas, and experience with monitoring tools is a plus
• English proficiency at B2 level (for communication and working on international projects)
