Middle Product Analyst

We are JATAPP, an IT company building products used by millions of users worldwide. Our portfolio already includes 20+ diverse products exclusively in white-label niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, Education, and we are actively expanding into e-commerce and web. And there's even more to come!

We are looking for an autonomous and systematic Middle Product Analyst who will help us build deep product analytics for our applications.

• Horizontal communication: Minimum bureaucracy, quick approval, and testing of new hypotheses

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluation and optimization: Diving into the state of products (monetization, metrics), optimizing tracking systems (Amplitude, Firebase, AppsFlyer), and bridging the gaps

• Regular analytics: Monthly recalculation of LTV and target CAC, implementation of new dashboards and financial forecasts

• A/B testing: Calculating test results, integrating findings into the product strategy, and evaluating the impact of new features on key metrics

• Seeking growth points: Investigating anomalies (via segmentation), generating product hypotheses, and optimizing bottlenecks

• Synchronization and communication: Regular updates of business plans, defending data-driven analytical recommendations to stakeholders

What we expect from you:

• Experience: 1+ year of experience with SQL and Python

• A/B tests: Practical experience in conducting A/B testing, understanding of result evaluation methods (knowledge of the Bayesian approach will be a huge advantage)

• Tools: Confident proficiency in Amplitude (this is our main tool, so it's important to love working with it) and experience with BI systems (Tableau or PowerBI, with a readiness to switch to Tableau)

Will be a plus:

• Experience with mobile applications (Mobile Apps)

• Technical/mathematical degree

• Skills in automating manual processes (Google Sheets, Apps Script)
