Middle Product Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Middle Product Analyst to support our product team by driving data-driven insights and enhancing product decision-making. You will act as the domain specialist for product analytics, helping Product Managers and Engineering teams utilize data effectively throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:
1. Assessment of the current state and process optimization:
• Immersion in the state of the products (metrics, monetization, data infrastructure)
• Evaluation of existing systems (Firebase, Appsflyer, Amplitude), gap closure and optimization
• Implementation of dashboards, A/B test system, building LTV model and financial forecasts
2. Regular analytics:
• Monthly recalculation of LTV and CAC target to adjust strategies
• Calculation of A/B test results and integration of conclusions into product strategies
• Preparation of events for new tasks
• Evaluating the effectiveness of features and their impact on key metrics
3. Business planning support:
• Regularly update business plans to reflect changes in the market, metrics, and product
• Ensuring that analytics are synchronized with business goals
4. Communication:
• Regular interaction with product managers, stakeholders, and other teams
• Advocating for data-driven analytical recommendations

What you’ll need:
• Experience with A/B testing 
• Experience with Amplitude
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience with SQL and Python
