Middle Product Manager (Call Recorder)

We are JatApp, an IT company with Ukrainian roots, and we create products used by millions of users worldwide. Our portfolio already includes 18 different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. And even more to come!

We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Middle Product Manager to develop our product - Call Recorder, which is among the TOP-3 applications in the Utilities category and is constantly in the App Store. The app allows users to easily record, store, and manage all their calls. We are looking for a Product Manager to help us scale the product, expand its functionality, and reach new audiences.

Call Recorder has already achieved positive results:
• 500,000 monthly active users
• 4.7 average rating in the App Store
• 200,500 calls recorded per month

Our position is ideal for someone who wants to be responsible for optimizing the product and its features, from independent experiments to major product decisions. We need someone who wants to play a key role in shaping the product vision, defining strategies, and bringing features to market that meet user needs.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Define strategic business goals and ensure their implementation
• Systematically research the market and user needs to identify new opportunities for product development
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, design, and development teams to improve product strategy
• Plan and organize the work of the development team, ensuring effective distribution of tasks and backlog formation
• Actively participate in demos and retrospectives
• Create detailed technical documentation (user story, scope, vision, release notes, user guides, etc.), ensuring a clear understanding of product requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager (B2C products)
• Experience with iOS applications is a must
• Experience with Amplitude (preferred) or other product analytics systems, ability to analyze user actions, evaluate A/B test results 
• Understanding the basic principles of development
• Understanding unit economics
• Experience working closely with performance marketing teams
• Strong management skills
• Solid planning and prioritization skills
• English -  Intermediate+ 
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to find solutions through collaboration and teamwork
