Middle Project Manager

We are looking for a Middle Project Manager for the company’s largest product - a cross-platform VPN service. Our product helps at least 13 million users around the world to meet their needs in cyber protection. Our goal is to enter the top 5 best VPN services in the world.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Flow Management: Managing the workflow for the mobile stream (team of 7–10 people), supporting and optimizing Kanban/Scrum processes

• Metrics & Health: Working with flow metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Predictability) and conducting regular Service Delivery Reviews

• Capacity Management: Collaborating with Product Managers on decomposition and honest deadline forecasting based on historical data

• Cross-functional Coordination: Synchronizing the work of Engineering, QA, Design, and Analytics; protecting the team from chaotic priority shifts

• Continuous Improvement: Facilitating retrospectives, conducting Root-Cause Analysis, and implementing actionable items to reduce waste in the flow

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project/Delivery Manager in B2C products

• Deep understanding of SDLC (from Discovery to Prod Release) and CI/CD logic

• Expertise in Kanban & Scrum: the ability to choose the right tool for the situation rather than just following rituals

• Proficiency in reading flow metrics (CFD, Cycle Time Scatterplots) and making data-driven conclusions about process health

• Advanced Jira skills (custom workflows, dashboards, JQL)

• Causation Thinking: The ability to build cause-and-effect chains and work with root causes rather than just symptoms

• Self-sufficiency and Proactivity 

• English level: B2

Will be a plus:

• Experience with mobile products

• Understanding of Lean / Theory of Constraints
