Middle Retention Manager
We are JATAPP, a product IT company that builds products used by millions of users worldwide. We are looking for a Middle Retention Manager to develop retention communications as a key channel for user retention, LTV growth, and revenue generation.
You will have the opportunity to work with a large user base of 14+ million, influence the development of email and push channels, test hypotheses, launch new approaches, and directly impact the business results of a cybersecurity product.
Your responsibilities will be:
Launching full-cycle retention campaigns: from concept, segmentation, and content preparation to testing, launch, results analysis, and further optimization
Developing email and push notifications, and—in the future—helping to launch SMS, messaging apps, and other channels
Building and optimizing automated funnels for activation, retention, re-engagement, and monetization
Designing and conducting A/B tests to optimize engagement, conversion, and retention metrics
Configuring segmentation, triggers, rules, limits, and communication logic within our in-house CRM system
Collaborating with product managers, analysts, developers, and other teams to ensure the successful launch of retention initiatives
Analyzing key metrics using Tableau or similar tools and formulating recommendations to improve results
What you’ll need:
2+ years of experience as a Retention Manager, CRM Manager, or Email Marketer at product companies
Experience launching CRM campaigns for B2C products: SaaS, e-commerce, dating, cybersecurity, or other products
Understanding of the logic behind building retention campaigns, segmentation, triggers, automated funnels, and lifecycle communications
Understanding of key metrics: OR, CTR, CVR, Revenue per Email, LTV, retention
Willingness to take a hands-on approach: launching campaigns, verifying details, testing, monitoring quality, and seeing tasks through to completion
Understanding of the user lifecycle and retention strategies
Experience setting up, conducting, and analyzing A/B tests
Understanding of technical aspects: DNS, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, deliverability, domain/IP reputation
Independence, responsibility, proactivity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced product environment
Will be a plus:
Experience working with SMS or web push channels
Experience in cybersecurity, VPN, or related products
Understanding of process automation principles and experience using AI tools in your work
Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Experience with products that have a large user base
