Middle/Senior UI/UX Designer (strong UI must)

We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education.

We are looking for a talented Middle/Senior UI/UX Designer who doesn't just "draw layouts", but creates interfaces that users fall in love with from the first click. You are the very visual strategist who will transform abstract concepts into clean, logical and aesthetic designs  for our products in the Utilities niche. 

You will work with products that have already conquered the market: we regularly make it into the Top 10 Utilities Apps in many countries around the world and have over 10M downloads globally. This is a scale where every pixel of yours affects millions of people.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Independently designing projects and presenting  the results to the team

• Analyzing competitors' interfaces

• Communicating closely with the product, potential users, development teams, and other stakeholders

• Controlling  the implementation of interfaces following the designed solutions

What you’ll need:

• Excellent UI skills

• Knowledge of modern mobile and web design patterns and practices, where mobile is a must

• Clear understanding of the product life cycle from research to prototyping, design, and testing 

• Creation of design systems

• Knowledge of iOS guidelines

• Work with analytics (Amplitude)

• High level of autonomy: you don't need to be dictated where to put the button, you just describe the problem, and you take full responsibility for the visuals and logic, delivering a ready-to-develop result

• Time management skills: you are able to work with several projects at the same time without losing concentration and quality

Nice to have: 

• Functional animation skills 

• Working with ready-made illustrations and adapting them to the needs of the product
