JatApp is an IT product company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide.  

We are looking for a Middle/Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our marketing department and work with a multi-platform product in the Books niche.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Creating a UA strategy for a product in the Books niche on various platforms (iOS, Android, web)

  • Testing and optimization of advertising channels and campaigns

  • Planning, testing, and implementation of new hypotheses in advertising campaigns 

  • Finding growth points and improving advertising metrics

  • Regular analysis of competitors

  • Participating in brainstorms to generate creative videos for advertisements

  • Setting tasks for Creative Marketing Managers

  • Active participation in team meetings and presentation of weekly and monthly campaign results

  • Interaction with the product team

What you'll need:

  • 1.5+ years of experience as a UA manager, Media Buyer (Meta Ads must) 

  • At least 6 months of experience with a transactional monetization model 

  • Experience with mobile applications (iOS, Android)

  • Experience with such networks as Unity, Applovin, Moloco, Mintegral, IronSource, Vungle
  • Good skills with Appsflyer or other MMPs

  • High level of proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with a team

  • Strategic thinking to plan and optimize long-term campaign goals

  • Independence and initiative in achieving results

  • Results-oriented and ready to learn and adapt quickly
