Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Middle Operations Manager who will help us scale operational processes, implement new standards, and improve decision-making through data-driven insights and transparent reporting.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes, working with metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and transforming operational challenges into effective solutions.

In this position, you will closely collaborate with product, technical, and business teams, driving operational excellence across the company.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Building, optimizing, and scaling operational processes across the company

• Developing and maintaining operational reporting systems for key business, financial, and product metrics

• Analyzing performance metrics, identifying systemic issues, and providing recommendations for improvement

• Monitoring operational costs and participating in financial planning activities

• Coordinating cross-functional collaboration between teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient business processes

• Developing and implementing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), internal policies, and operational standards

• Establishing and improving processes for working with contractors and freelancers

• Improving data collection processes for business analytics and reporting purposes

• Participating in the development of internal BI systems and enhancing data-driven decision-making practices

• Identifying operational risks and initiating process improvements across the organization

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of experience in Operations Manager, Business Operations Manager, Operations Specialist, or similar roles

• Proven experience in building and optimizing business processes

• Hands-on experience in developing operational reporting and working with financial metrics

• Practical experience with KPIs, business metrics, and reporting systems

• Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, cost management, and unit economics

• Experience analyzing data and making decisions based on metrics

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders at different organizational levels

• Experience creating internal processes, policies, instructions, and standards

• Understanding of operational processes within IT companies

• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher

Will Be a Plus:

• Experience working with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools

• Experience building operational processes from scratch

• Understanding of product analytics

• Experience with financial reporting and business analytics
