Paid Social Growth Lead

We are looking for an experienced Paid Social Growth Lead who will help to solidify the UA direction and significantly strengthen it with their own technical expertise. Our products are based on a subscription monetization model and are focused on Tier 1 markets, in particular the USA, where we strive to maximize impact and profitability.
If you are looking for a team in which you will be able to implement strategic initiatives with a focus on scaling, test new user engagement flows for products and grow into the role of Head of UA - with us you will have the necessary freedom to implement bold ideas and support to achieve ambitious goals.
You will work directly with our company's CMO, Ivanna Gorobets, and the teams of CMM, ASO and UA managers.
Key tasks you will work on:
Development and implementation of strategic growth initiatives in Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat platforms with a focus on efficiency and scaling
Constant search for new growth points based on the results of past activities, competitor analysis, and communication with other market players
Search, implementation, and testing of new flows to attract users to the product
Synchronization of test roadmaps between products, scaling win-strategies, organization of brainstorms, and retrospectives based on test results
Support of the UA team in case of technical issues (testing, scaling)
Conducting strategic communication with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat: planning tests, testing new functionality, agreements on bonuses/incentives
Escalation and resolution of critical technical issues together with the platforms
Building long-term partnerships with platforms as key players in the growth of JATAPP products
Choosing the optimal approach to automating UA activities: custom development or using external solutions
Building logic, architecture, and implementation of procurement automation systems from scratch, according to business goals
Collaborate with UA, development, and analytics teams to test, improve, and scale automations
What you’ll need:
Experience as a UA Manager (Meta Ads / TikTok / Snapchat) - from 2 years (specifically in procurement)
Deep understanding of the auction model and the specifics of working with Meta-priority, TikTok and Snapchat - will be a plus
Knowledge of the principles of attribution of mobile applications, including the features of SKAN
Experience with web2app approaches: procurement, technical settings, analytics
Understanding of working with advertising platforms APIs (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat)
Strong analytical skills: finding insights, identifying growth points, using analytical tools
Experience working with Appsflyer or other MMP
Confident command of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Experience with AI tools for generating static images
