Product Manager (Books niche)

JatApp is an IT product company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide.

We are looking for a Product Manager for our product in the Books niche. It is a marketplace containing modern romance novels and connecting talented writers worldwide with true book lovers. We aim to make this product one of the leaders in the market.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Conducting market and competitor research to understand the needs and desires of our audience
• Analyzing and optimizing user journeys to ensure every interaction with our product is delightful and intuitive
• Exploring and optimizing the performance of our app's library, identifying new growth opportunities and areas for improvement
• Generation of hypotheses and conduct A/B tests to improve product metrics and achieve ambitious goals
• Overseeing and management product development processes, ensuring effective team collaboration
• Collaboration with the team to develop new product directions, creating innovative solutions and exciting possibilities for readers

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of scaling products
• Experience scaling mobile B2C products
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user interviews (creating surveys, recruiting respondents, etc.)
• Experience formulating hypotheses, planning, and executing A/B tests
• Experience with different product monetization models (transactional, subscription)
• Strong English language skills (at least Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher)
• A basic understanding of UX/UI patterns
• Experience defining tasks and communicating effectively with development and analytics teams

Will be a plus:

• Previous experience in the books and/or gaming industry
• Previous experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst
