Project Manager

We are an IT company JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. And even more to come!

We are looking for a Project Manager who will help build clear, transparent processes in a team working on AI and mobile products (Utilities). In this role, you will combine strategic planning with operational management: from creating roadmaps and synchronizing releases to analyzing performance metrics and managing risks. You will become a key link between the product, technical, QA, and design teams, helping the team work in a coordinated, fast, and barrier-free manner.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Planning and coordinating releases, creating roadmaps

• Managing the development process (Agile/Scrum/Kanban): removing blockers, monitoring productivity

• Communicating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and reporting on status, risks, and results

• Managing risks, quality, workload, and resources

• Analyzing performance metrics

• Optimizing delivery processes, implementing improvements and automation

• Participating in PMO initiatives: creating shared processes, knowledge sharing

What you’ll need:

• Practical experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban)

• Proficiency in delivery tools: Jira (advanced workflows, dashboards, JQL), Confluence / Notion

• End-to-end project planning: release roadmaps, WBS, critical path, backlog refinement

• Understanding of the iOS development lifecycle (builds, App Store, certificates, StoreKit, CI/CD)

• Experience in risk & quality management, working with budgets and resources

• Focus on metrics, analytical approach to process improvement

• Basic experience with AI projects (machine learning, automation) would be a plus
