Project Manager

JatApp is an IT product company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide. 

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team. This role involves working closely with team members to ensure that project goals are achieved on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and takes initiative to seek out information, knowledge, and development, proactively. 
 

Your responsibilities will be:

• Team management: conducting 1-2-1, participation in Performance Review 

• Processes in the development part: conducting backlog refinement, sprint planning and controlling, monitoring the progress of sprint goals, conducting retrospectives, organizing Sprint Review/Demo

• Creating and detailing tasks, also technical side after top-level description from the Product Manager

• Maintaining project documentation in Confluence

• Preparation of project reporting and documentation
  
  

What you’ll need:

• Experience as a Project Manager for 3 years 

• Analytical thinking

• Management skills

• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum) and other PM theories

• Experience with Jira and OKR

• Solid understanding of SDLC
  
  

Will be a plus:

• Experience with mobile applications
