Project Manager
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team. This role involves working closely with team members to ensure project goals are achieved on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Planning and synchronizing releases - creating realizable roadmaps, ensuring synchronization of design and development teams to achieve goals on time
• Managing the development process - selecting and adapting methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), tracking progress in Jira, removing blockers, and maintaining a productive pace of work
• Communicating with stakeholders - collecting requirements from product and marketing teams, turning them into clear tasks, and regularly reporting on status, risks, and next steps
• Managing risks and quality - predicting possible problems (technical, resource, legal, communication), initiating preventive actions, and monitoring compliance with QA standards at every stage
• Optimizing processes and tools - identifying bottlenecks in processes and SDLCs, conducting analysis and retrospectives to improve performance, implementing new approaches and automation that optimize time-to-market
• Tracking key metrics - keeping a finger on the pulse of the budget and key team performance metrics, sharing insights that help the team make the project faster and more sustainable
• Participating in PMO process initiatives - contributing to the development and implementation of PMO initiatives to optimize delivery processes, initiating, adapting, and implementing process changes that meet the company's strategic goals and maximize team productivity
• People Management - supporting of Front-end and Back-end developers, individual meetings to identify development needs, goal setting, motivation support, and evaluation of results
What you’ll need:
• End-to-end Project Planning — experience in creating release roadmaps, WBS, critical path, and backlog refinement
• Practical experience in Agile methodologies — deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban, ability to adapt methods for different phases of product development and teams
• Delivery tools — Jira (advanced workflows, dashboards, JQL), Confluence / Notion
• Mobile and Web development basics — understanding of iOS/Android release lifecycle, App Store / Google Play submission, web deployment, and CDN; knowledge of where cross-platform dependencies most often "misfire"
• Risk Management — experience in creating risk registers (technical, resource, communication), forecasting potential problems developing mitigation plans, and monitoring risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Quality Management — experience in controlling the defect lifecycle, ensuring compliance with quality standards at all project stages
• Budget Control — experience in planning and managing project budgets, optimizing costs, and efficiently using resources to achieve maximum results
• Knowledge of team performance metrics and experience in their analysis — understanding of key metrics such as lead time, cycle time, and burndown chart, and experience in analyzing them to evaluate team performance
