QA Tech Lead

We are looking for a QA Tech Lead who will help systematically develop the testing direction, standardize QA processes across teams, and build an effective test automation infrastructure.

In this role, you will analyze current testing processes, identify risks, and implement best practices to improve release quality.

A key focus of the role is developing automation testing and improving QA processes across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing current testing processes and identify potential risks

• Developing and evolving the QA strategy

• Standardizing testing approaches across teams

• Building and improving the test automation infrastructure

• Working with QA metrics and improving release predictability

• Optimizing testing processes and resolving process-related issues

• Supporting teams in complex testing scenarios and releases

• Building automation for critical payment flows

Required skills and experience

• 6+ years of experience in QA

• 2+ years of experience as a QA Lead / QA Tech Lead

• Strong experience in test automation

• Experience building test automation architecture

• Solid understanding of test pyramid and test strategy

• Experience working with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

• Experience with API / backend testing

Will be a plus:

• Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript

• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium

• Experience building automation frameworks

• Experience working with QA metrics

• Experience with test management systems (TestRail, TestMatic)
