Scriptwriter

We are currently on the lookout for a talented Scriptwriter to join our enthusiastic and vibrant team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with team members to produce high-quality content that drives audience engagement and supports the product’s growth. You will be integral to fostering a creative and results-driven environment, focusing on delivering scripts that result in engaging videos.

Key responsibilities:
• Creation, development, and writing of scripts for the Vertical Shorts series (60-90 minutes for the whole series, 1 minute episode length) based on existing books
• Interaction with the AI production team to ensure that the written stories are realized in the best possible way, taking into account the ideas and emotions that were laid down when adapting the script
• Video quality control and acceptance of the final result from the AI production team
• Analysis of the performance of the finished content together with the team, generation of ideas on how to improve the performance of certain series or episodes

What you’ll need:
• 2 years of experience in writing scripts for TV, games, series, films, or YouTube videos
• Knowledge of the basics of drama, ability to invent unexpected plot twists and resolutions, visual thinking (ability to show, not tell) 
• Ability to evaluate the implementation of the script and give edits to improve it
• Understanding of the principles of content adaptation
• English - Upper Intermediate or higher
• Basic understanding of directing, ability to evaluate the implementation of the script, and give edits to improve the quality of the content
