Senior Accountant LLC (part-time)

We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education.

We are looking for a Senior LLC Accountant (part-time) who will take full ownership of accounting and tax reporting for our newly registered Ukrainian LLC — a Diia.City resident company.

This role is critical for ensuring full compliance, accuracy, and reliability of our financial operations. You’ll become the go-to expert for local accounting within our growing Finance team, working closely with our CFO, HR, and Legal departments.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Maintaining accounting and tax reporting for a Diia City resident LLC

• Preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Calculating and processing payroll, ensuring compliance with tax laws and internal policies

• Maintaining primary documentation, ensuring it meets current legislative requirements

• Participating in onboarding processes for new employees or project participants, ensuring proper documentation

• Overseeing offboarding processes, preparing and transferring necessary documents for exiting employees

• Mentoring and coaching other accountants

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields

• At least 2 years of experience as an accountant managing specifically Ukrainian LLCs operating under the single tax system

• Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs

• Familiarity with the Taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet and Diia service
