We are looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist ready to improve marketing and bring it to the next level with us. You’ll work on flagship web and mobile products targeting Tier 1 markets. As a Creative Marketing Specialist you will have the goal to develop strategies for our products with the UAM, crafting video and static advertising materials that grab the audience’s attention as well as  guiding strategies from initial concept to results analysis. In this role, you’ll have the chance to enhance leadership skills, grow into a lead position, and eventually manage a team.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Creative Development: Generating ideas for video and static advertising materials, testing hypotheses, and preparing briefs for motion and graphic designers
• Campaign Management: Launching campaigns on Facebook Ads, analyzing performance, optimizing, and scaling successful creatives
• Market Analysis: Studying competitors, spotting trends, and uncovering fresh ideas for creative solutions
• Team Coordination: Assigning tasks, managing deadlines, and supporting creative marketers and designers
• Business Collaboration: Working closely with performance marketers, analysts, and product managers to achieve goals
• Strategy Oversight: Ensuring creatives align with the brand and selecting concepts for testing
• Metrics Focus: Evaluating effectiveness through CTR, CPA, and other key indicators
• Creative Process: Brainstorming ideas, refining drafts, and organizing rapid testing with the team

What you’ll need:

• At least 2 years of marketing experience
• Hands-on experience crafting  creatives for paid campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, Google)
• Ability to set clear tasks and a solid grasp of the full video production cycle—from scripting to editing, graphics, and sound—plus expertise with static materials.
• Understanding of Digital and Performance Marketing principles: how ads work and what delivers results
• Strong analytical skills mix with a creative mindset
• Research prowess: driving market researches, tracking competitors, spotting trends, and turning insights into ideas
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT) is a plus
• English at B2 level
