Senior Employer Brand Manager (Kyiv)
We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education, and we are actively expanding into e-commerce and web. And there's even more to come!
We are looking for a Senior Employer Brand Manager who will create a new story for our brand. Our brand team consists of 4 people: Head of Employer Brand, Event Manager, Internal Communications Specialist, SMM.
Location: Kyiv (remote, but presence at offline events is mandatory)
You will be challenged to launch our new positioning in the market: you will make talents fall in love with our brand, develop the community through JATAPP meetups, drive our own events, as well as warm up the talent pool along with our recruitment team and build a culture of ambassadors internally.
Key Responsibilities:
External events:
- formation of the company's participation strategy in conferences and meetups, communication with organizers, preparation of speakersOwn external events:
- development of external JATAPP meetups: from concept to result, as well as work on their regularity and recognitionTalent Pool and communication with leads:
- launch of mailings on warm contacts from events, organization of thematic webinars for this audience, support of the contact baseReputation on platforms:
- being responsible for the company's presence on DOU, Happy Monday and other platforms: monitoring of reviews and competitorsCSR projects with an employer brand component:
- organization of initiatives from the point of view of the ideological part and coordination between all partiesAmbassadors and speakers:
- operational support of the speaker pool, implementation of the ambassador programCollection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative indicators for monitoring, evaluating and adjusting brand strategy
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in organizing or co-organizing external events (meetups, conferences, hackathons) from 3 years
Experience working in product IT companies
Understanding the product IT market and platform specifics - DOU, Happy Monday, Djinni
Ability to build a content strategy for an external audience
Basic email marketing skills: database segmentation, letter writing, metrics analysis
Experience working with ambassadors or speakers: preparation, coordination, feedback
Ownership skills: ability to bring an idea to a plan and a plan to a result
Initiative and proactivity
Ability to lead several projects in parallel
Audience perception, understanding what resonates with the IT community
Nice to Have:
Experience in PR or Journalism
Understanding CSR and social projects
Understanding recruitment marketing and employer brand metrics
