Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who will help build clear and transparent processes within a product team and ensure stable and predictable delivery.

In this role, you will combine strategic planning with operational management — from building roadmaps and coordinating releases to analyzing performance metrics and managing risks.

You will work closely with product, engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure development processes are structured, predictable, and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating releases, build and maintain product roadmaps

• Managing the development process (Agile, Scrum, Kanban): removing blockers and monitoring team productivity

• Communication with stakeholders, gather requirements, and reporting on status, risks, and outcomes

• Managing risks, quality, and team resources throughout the delivery process

• Analyzing team performance metrics

• Improving delivery processes by introducing optimizations and automation

• Contribution to PMO initiatives: establishing shared processes and knowledge sharing

Required skills and experience

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban)

• Experience with delivery tools: Jira (advanced workflows, dashboards, JQL), Confluence / Notion

• End-to-end project planning: release roadmaps, WBS, critical path, backlog refinement

• Understanding of the iOS development lifecycle (builds, App Store releases, certificates, StoreKit, CI/CD)

• Experience with risk and quality management, as well as project budgets and resource planning

• Data-driven mindset and analytical approach to process improvement
