We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of complex and specialized positions. You will work closely with our product, marketing, and brand teams to align recruitment strategies with company goals and apply data-driven insights to optimize hiring efficiency.
Your responsibilities will be:
Actively source, engage, and recruit candidates for a range of roles, ensuring an effective full-cycle recruiting process
Focus on Middle+ level positions, applying direct headhunting techniques to find and engage top-tier talent for Senior, Lead, and Head roles
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' fit, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture while providing a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Implement innovative approaches to improve recruitment efficiency and reduce time-to-fill for open roles
Train and coach hiring managers and interviewers on best practices to enhance hiring effectiveness
Collaborate closely with various teams (product, marketing, etc.) to understand their unique hiring needs and team culture
Partner with the brand team to develop and execute talent marketing strategies
Maintain and regularly update an internal candidate database, ensuring accuracy
Analyze recruitment data and provide reports to track the effectiveness of the recruitment process, identifying areas for optimization
What you’ll need:
More than 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring top-tier talent
Expertise in conducting interviews and candidate assessments, with knowledge of various interview techniques
Proven experience in headhunting and recruiting for Senior/Lead/Head-level positions
Demonstrated success using creative sourcing strategies (through communities, networking, niche platforms, conferences, etc.)
A data-driven approach to recruitment, able to use analytics to optimize processes and identify bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel
Proficient in using AI tools to automate recruitment tasks
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively
Business-oriented mindset with a deep understanding of the talent market
English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
Fluency in Ukrainian
High level of flexibility and adaptability, ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
Excellent strategic thinking, with a solutions-oriented mindset
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
High level of motivation, with the ability to propose initiatives
Will be a plus:
Experience working in a product company or agency
Experience recruiting for marketing and product-focused roles
Experience in Learning & Development or training hiring managers
Proven experience with headhunting
Personal brand development through webinars, social media presence, or community engagement
