SMM & Digital Communications Specialist

We are looking for a SMM & Digital Communications Specialist to join our Employer Brand team and help us share the company’s expertise and achievements through social media and industry-related online events. It is important that you have the opportunity to occasionally visit the office in Kyiv and attend company events to create content.

What will you do:

• Implement the SMM strategy – develop and execute social media growth plans (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), increase brand awareness, and boost audience engagement
• Generate creative content – develop a content plan, introduce new formats, create texts and briefs for designers
• Organize the creation of photo and video content – write scripts for Instagram Stories, Reels, and TikTok videos and produce engaging clips
• Moderate social media – respond to direct messages and comments
• Launch ad campaigns – set up and optimize Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads and collaborate with partners to get more mentions
• Support online events – plan and oversee webinars and panel discussions while coordinating with speakers and partners
• Analyze and optimize social media performance – track trends, evaluate content and ad performance, and use analytics to improve results
• Collaborate closely with other departments (HR, L&D, Recruitment) on projects to enhance the employer brand
