Strong Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a motivated Strong Junior Graphic Designer to join our ASO Team and grow in the direction of ASO creatives for mobile applications, with the opportunity to see the real impact of their work through CVR, installs, and product revenue metrics.
This role is for a designer who thinks in terms of business and product metrics and understands how creative decisions influence performance and results.
Your responsibilities will be:
Creating ASO creatives for the App Store (screenshots, icons, Custom Product Pages, and In-App Event banners)
Designing and adapting screenshots for different App Store formats and requirements (iPhone / iPad, locales)
Visualizing ASO hypotheses in collaboration with an ASO specialist (CTAs, messaging, screenshot structure)
Localizing and adapting visuals for different countries, taking into account cultural and visual specifics
Following design guidelines, styles, and templates for each application
Analyzing A/B test results and performance metrics, and implementing design improvements based on data and feedback
What you’ll need:
At least 6 months of commercial experience in graphic design
Confident using of Figma (components, auto layout, styles, variants)
Basic understanding of performance design or a strong willingness to quickly learn it
(impact of design on CVR, installs, revenue)Experience in creating marketing creatives: screenshots, banners, icons, or advertising creatives
Understanding of ASO / performance design and how design affects CVR in the App Store
Ability to work with detailed technical requirements, quickly implement feedback, and proactively suggest ideas to improve results
Will be a plus:
Experience using AI tools in design (Midjourney, Figma AI, Firefly, etc.)
Understanding of localization principles and cultural specifics of different markets
Experience working with analytics (A/B testing, conversion uplift, data-driven approach)
