Strong Junior/Middle Product Manager

We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education.

We are looking for a Strong Junior/Middle Product Manager to help develop our products in the cybersecurity niche. You will work with a cross-platform product — from mobile apps to the web — and be fully involved in the development cycle: from research and hypotheses to launching experiments and influencing key business metrics.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Researching market changes and analyze competitors

• Evaluating pricing strategies and monetization approaches of competitors

• Conducting user research

• Increasing conversion rate to target actions

• Preparing technical tasks for developers

What you’ll need:

• Product Analytics & Metrics: building a metrics tree, understanding the relationships between them, ability to work with cohorts, Unit-economy and product financial model

• Research & Hypothesis Generation: generation, formalization and prioritization of hypotheses (ICE/RICE, HADI, etc.), conducting user research, user segmentation, competitor and market analysis

• Experimentation & Validation: A/B-testing (success metrics, statistical significance, risks), hypothesis validation through MVP, smoke tests, survey experiments

• Product Lifecycle & Delivery: SDLC / Agile / Kanban / Scrum, task setting, backlog management, prioritization and work with design, development teams, QA

• Tools & Data Platforms: Amplitude/Appsflyer, basic understanding of analytical dashboards and report building

• Growth & Marketing: Understanding marketing channels (ASO, SEO, ASA, UA, affiliates), knowledge of funnels, working with marketing on growth experiments
