Talent Sourcer
We are JATAPP, an IT company that creates products used by millions of users worldwide. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. And even more to come!
We are looking for Talent Sourcer, which will be responsible for the Sourcing Strategy and will help us build product teams. In this role, you will work with technical positions (developers, testers), non -technical roles (marketing, analytics), as well as with unique directions (CRO, UGC).
About the team:
Our team consists of 7 people: 4 Talent Acquisition Specialists, Talent Sourcing Lead, Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Head of Recruitment.
We are actively exchanging knowledge and expertise, we hold regular work meetings, test new approaches and organize informal online meetings. The team has a space for your ideas - from experiments with new tools to implementing your own processes in the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Searching and attracting candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance and other platforms
Placing vacancies on Job sites, social networks, corporate website and ATS (Peopleforce)
Processing and analysis
Collaboration with recruiters to quickly close vacancies and involve in Kick-off meetings
Development a candidate's search strategy to cooperate with a recruiter
Building long -term relationships with candidates
Giving timely feedback to candidates
Research and testing of new channels to search for specialists
Using plugins and tools to automate work
What you'll need:
Work experience from 1 year in a similar position
Experience in IT sphere with technical and non-technical roles
Practical skills of Boolean Search and X-Ray techniques to search for candidates
Search experience in additional sources (Github, Behance, etc.)
Ability to analyze the requirements for position and find appropriate candidates
Experience of effective cooperation with a hiring manager and recruiter
Flexibility and adaptability - rapid adaptation to new processes and openness to changes
Outcome and Metric Orientation
Decisions based on data and performance indicators
Will be a plus:
Experience working in a product company
Knowledge of English at B1+
Experience with marketing vacancies
Finished Sourcing Courses
