User Acquisition Manager (Short-Drama)

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to strengthen our marketing team and take user acquisition to the next level. If you love testing new approaches, optimizing funnels, and finding creative solutions for growth, we’re looking for you!

• A product in the Short-Drama niche — serialized short dramas rapidly gaining traction in global markets. In 2024, downloads of such apps grew by 320 million, with the U.S. generating 60% of global revenue in this category.

Key responsibilities:

• Testing and optimizing advertising channels and campaigns to meet target ROI metrics
• Development and launching new hypotheses for test campaigns
• Identifying growth opportunities and improvement  key advertising metrics
• Research and testing new acquisition channels, including alternative ad networks and DSPs
• Analyzing  competitors and market trends
• Participating in brainstorming sessions to create compelling video content for ads

What you’ll need:

• At least 1.5 years of experience as a UA Manager or Media Buyer
• Experience working with one or more platforms, such as Meta Ads, TikTok, or Snapchat
• Hands-on experience with mobile apps (iOS, Android)
• Proficient in Appsflyer or other MMPs
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel

Will be a plus:

• Experience with ad networks: Unity, Applovin, Moloco, Mintegral, IronSource, Vungle
• Experience with a transactional monetization model
