Video Editor

We are looking for a  Video Editor to our Creative Marketing team who can turn footage into emotion and video into a tool for sales and brand love. You will work with a new product of video novels that are full of emotions and climaxes. You will be responsible for creating and editing video creatives to promote the app and books on various advertising platforms in order to attract new users.

Key responsibilities:

• Management the full video production cycle — from assembling raw footage to exporting the final file
• Editing and producing high-performing short videos with animated elements for ad campaigns that capture user attention from the very first second
• Optimization videos for reach, engagement, and platform-specific best practices
• Integration music, AI-generated voiceovers, text, and graphic elements into videos
• Collaboration closely with the creative marketing team to develop new content ideas and actively participate in brainstorming sessions
• Analyzing market trends and competitor ads to find and implement fresh creative concepts that drive performance
• Editing existing creatives using After Effects
• Support the organization and management of multimedia assets in line with company guidelines, ensuring project files are optimized for team collaboration

What you’ll need:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Deep understanding of the basics of composition and video editing to maintain rhythm and emotional impact in video creatives
• Experience working with AI tools for creating, editing and dubbing videos
• English level from B2
• Ability to analyze the market and competitors
• High level of self-organization and time management
 • Attention to details 

• Experience in creating creatives that are among the most effective advertising campaigns
• Awareness of current trends and formats in social networks (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
