AI Researcher

Recently we established new AI Department and now we are looking for an AI Researcher who enjoys turning complex AI ideas into real-world solutions. You will research and implement AI models within the company, helping teams work efficiently and quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researching new AI models, APIs and frameworks (LLM, diffusion, TTS/STT) and preparing recommendations for model selection, infrastructure and integrations

• Conducting experiments to assess latency, quality, stability, cost of models

• Developing Proof of Concept (PoC) and MVP for product teams

• Documenting the results of experiments in the AI Knowledge Base: parameters, prompts, tests, best practices

• Collaborating with Product Managers, Tech Leads, Automation Specialist to implement models into products

• Participating in internal R&D initiatives or publications in the field of AI

• Engaging in communication with API providers, attending demos together with our Head of AI

What you’ll need:

• 1+ year of experience with LLM and ML (understanding of LLM architecture and tokenization principles)

• Experience with Python, Postman, Google Colab or similar

• Ability to work with Make, n8n, Hugging Face, Replicate or OpenAI Playground

• Basic understanding of MLOps principles and model lifecycle

• Systems thinking and analytical approach

• Spoken English at Upper Intermediate level

Will be a plus:

• Experience in integrating models via API into backend or no-code environments

• Experience in building experiments, analyzing generation quality and latency metrics
