Brand Communications Manager (Kyiv)

We are looking for a proactive and creative Brand Communication Specialist who combines expertise in SMM and PR to take our external communications and employer brand to a whole new level.
Your responsibilities will be:
Developing external communications (SMM — 60%): Crafting content plans for LinkedIn and Instagram, tailoring messages to various channels and audiences, and growing our pages to attract a high-quality audience
Coordinating content creation: Drafting copy for social media and the website; working in synergy with designers and photographers; coordinating video shooting and editing contractors
Driving the PR direction (PR — 40%): Initiating and securing media coverage; preparing press releases, columns, and expert articles in collaboration with internal company experts
Supporting experts' personal brands: Helping company managers and experts create high-quality content for their professional networks
Analyzing performance: Tracking communication channel results, evaluating content effectiveness using metrics (reach, ER, traffic to the career site), and proposing improvements
Collaborating with HR and TA: Launching communication campaigns for hiring needs in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team
What you’ll need:
3–4 years of experience in communications and a solid understanding of how to build effective content strategies
Experience managing corporate pages on LinkedIn and Instagram — you know how to attract a high-quality audience and boost engagement
Strong copywriting skills and flawless Ukrainian (both written and spoken) — this is critical, as we are looking for someone who writes manually, creatively, and without using template phrases
Experience in PR or media — you understand how newsrooms work and know how to capture journalists' interest
Ability to analyze communication results and work with key metrics
Experience coordinating contractors and cross-functional teams to deliver great content
Will be a plus:
Experience in Employer Branding
Existing contacts with media and journalists
Experience launching comprehensive PR campaigns
Recruitment Process:
