Chief Financial Officer

We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education.

We are looking for a talented and driven Chief Financial Officer who is passionate about growth and thrives in a collaborative environment. The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and C-level team: owning plan-fact analysis, driving cost efficiency across products, initiating portfolio decisions, and leading the automation of financial processes.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Conducting plan-fact analysis and building forecast scenarios (best/base/worst)

• Proactively informing the CEO and stakeholders about deviations with concrete solution proposals

• Collaborating with unit heads on business plan execution and root causes of deviations

• Working with unit economics across all business directions

• Initiating the pause or revision of funding for underperforming products, projects, or expenses

• Controlling cost thresholds and acceptable deviations beyond agreed budgets

• Providing management insights on cost efficiency at the product and unit level

• Understanding product lifecycle specifics at MVP, scale, and support stages

• Driving automation of financial processes and reducing manual work

• Ensuring transparent and clear financial processes across the company

• Establishing smooth collaboration between finance, product, marketing, and other departments

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in cash flow management, financial forecasting, and scenario modeling (plan/fact)

• Hands-on experience working with multiple legal entities within an international structure

• Strong understanding of intercompany cash flow optimization and tax burden management

• Experience managing a financial team (finance, accounting, billing)

• Oversight of billing processes, merchant accounts, and payment infrastructure

• Systematic cost analysis at the product and unit level with actionable management recommendations

• Experience in strategic planning and portfolio management

• Track record of automating financial processes and building transparent reporting
