Fractional PMM Advisor (Project Work)
We are JATAPP, an IT company building products used by millions of users worldwide. Our portfolio already includes 20+ products across exclusively white-hat niches such as Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education, while we continue to actively expand our e-commerce and web directions — with much more ahead.
We are looking for a strong Fractional PMM Advisor (project-based collaboration) who will become a source of Wellness expertise for the team and help shape effective growth decisions at the early stage of this direction’s development.
The main focus of this role is validating and analyzing strategic hypotheses, auditing key decisions, supporting the creation of test plans and metrics evaluation, as well as guiding the team through important growth-related decisions.
We see this collaboration as a project-based strategic partnership involving participation in strategic review sessions, audits, growth discussions, and building a strong foundation for scaling the product.
Why this role is exciting:
Venture-building environment backed by the resources and infrastructure of an established company
Opportunity to work within a phygital ecosystem combining wellness and hardware products
Focus on Tier-1 global markets
Strong test-and-learn culture with fast iteration cycles
Potential opportunity to grow into a Head of Product direction if the collaboration proves successful and aligns with long-term business needs
Key areas of focus:
Strategic expertise & consulting (60%)
Challenging and reviewing the product strategy together with the General Manager — product positioning, ICP, JTBD, and target metrics
Auditing key decisions before production launch — new products, offers, and pricing changes
Building framework-driven approaches for funnel development, subscription mechanics, and retention strategy
Defining product and growth benchmarks against industry standards and leading market players (Bloom, Happy Mammoth, ARMRA, AG1)
Weekly 1:1 meetings with the General Manager to review priorities, blockers, and key decisions
Targeted involvement in critical projects (30%)
Building and optimizing subscription mechanics: developing pricing models, gift offers, and upsell flows aimed at increasing LTV
Developing customer retention strategies: reducing churn, implementing win-back mechanics, and improving communication across different stages of the customer lifecycle
Reviewing marketing materials for FDA/FTC compliance: validating advertising claims, testimonials, and adherence to US market advertising standards
Auditing Meta Ads accounts to identify opportunities for campaign structure improvements and performance optimization
Analyzing and reviewing landing page architecture and marketing funnels before major releases and new product launches
Mentorship & team development (10%)
Support onboarding of a future Middle PMM by sharing wellness and US market expertise
Provide periodic coaching for the Creative Producer around creative briefs and conversion-focused content
Drive knowledge sharing through documentation, frameworks, and best-practice examples
What we expect:
Hands-on experience scaling wellness products, including at least one wellness project on the US market with $1M+ ARR, validated through case studies or references
4+ years of experience in performance marketing or product marketing at a Senior level, including direct ownership of revenue metrics and business results
Strong understanding of subscription mechanics, with practical experience working with ReCharge, Bold, Skio, or similar subscription solutions, as well as a deep understanding of churn cycles, win-back mechanics, and LTV optimization
Experience working with Tier 1 US markets, including understanding of compliance requirements (FDA, FTC), audience specifics, and channel benchmark metrics
Strong practical expertise in CRO and A/B testing, with proven hands-on cases supported by measurable results and performance metrics
Fluent English (C1+), including experience working with US-focused copy, industry content, and communication with native English-speaking professionals
Comfortable working in an async-first environment, including weekly sync meetings and day-to-day collaboration through Slack and Loom
Nice to have:
Experience consulting for well-known wellness brands such as Bloom, Happy Mammoth, ARMRA, AG1, Spoiled Child, Goli, Lemme, or Care/Of
Hands-on experience building quiz funnels and advertorial funnels, supported by real examples and measurable results
Experience launching hardware or phygital products would be a strong advantage for future company directions
Active use of AI tools in daily workflows, including Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, or similar solutions to accelerate testing and experimentation processes
An established network within the DTC community and the ability to facilitate valuable industry introductions
Experience mentoring or supporting junior PMMs
What is NOT part of the role:
Day-to-day hands-on execution is not part of this role: you will not be responsible for writing marketing copy, launching A/B tests, or optimizing Meta Ads accounts — these responsibilities are handled by the team
This role does not include team management or people management responsibilities. It is an advisory and strategic position rather than a management role
Operational responsibilities such as supply chain management, fulfillment, customer support, or accounting are outside the scope of this role and are covered by dedicated specialists
Technical setup and implementation of tools from scratch are not expected: you will not be responsible for configuring Shopify, Klaviyo, or ReCharge, though you may advise the team and provide strategic recommendations while execution remains within the team
